FIND YOUR BEST SELF TEEN GROUP 2021
DESCRIPTION:
A 6-8 hour outdoor experience designed to encourage teens to expand their horizons as to what they think they are capable of. They will be challenged physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally, through several different activities that will push some of their limits. They will learn to work together, to care for each other and look outside themselves.
They can expect to get wet, muddy, tired, and they might even have some fun! At FYBS we have experienced coaches that will expect the best from each participant in an encouraging, non-shaming atmosphere. We will challenge each participant to dig deep within, to examine their lives and behaviors, and set a trajectory to reach their goals. We do not expect overnight change, however we know powerful emotional experiences are the beginnings of transformation. It is here that we all can take ahold of our BEST SELVES.

We will meet at 9am. The day will take between 6 and 8 hours. You can schedule a ride after you finish your day, but we will not be certain of the exact end time at the outset.

Many participants say this was difficult and perhaps one of the best things they had ever done. Many say it was life changing. Have a WHY. Why are you coming? Coming because your parents made you is not an acceptable answer.
