Find Your Best Self events are designed to locate a new part of yourself- a best self- that was always there and that comes to life when you are far beyond your comfort zone. Groups are organized to tackle specific topics common to the team.

These groups are not psychotherapy but provide healing and transformation outside of the counseling office.

A physical and mental training program for civilian athletes informed by the NAVY SEAL bootcamp program.
On day one of NAVY SEAL training, candidates are split into "boat teams" of 5-8 people who work together for the next six months.
NAVY SEAL candidates do nothing without their "swim buddy." Anyone caught without a swim buddy, even heading to the dining hall, usually gets the punitive order to "get sandy": run into cold water and then rapidly cover himself in sand on the shore.
